The Financial Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Generate ad hoc financial reports as required by management

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for construction projects.
  • Monitor project expenses and variances against budgeted amounts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management to optimize project profitability.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation of accounts.
