Job Summary:

As a Site Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and executing construction projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality, aligning with Boiken Development’s sustainability goals and project specifications. Working closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, you will provide technical support, oversee site activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and modify project plans, specifications, and drawings in collaboration with the project team.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to resolve construction issues.
• Manage materials, machinery, and labor to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and records of site activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing project needs.
